Boxing in Menorca
If you simply want to lie on a beach, soaking up the rays and going for the occasional cooling paddle, then Menorca (with its annual 300 days of sunshine) will leave you spoilt for choice. More and more visitors however now prefer to take an active or at least partially active – holiday, in which case Menorca also caters more than handsomely. The island is a natural arena for walking, cycling, running and horse-riding, and much work has been done in recent years (especially with the now completed 185km perimeter path, Camí de Cavalls) to give these activities well-signposted and coherent routes. You can also join in the fitness clubs for making yourself more fit.
A wide range of different styles of martial arts ranging from 'Joc Maonès', a combination of boxing and karate that is Menorca's own martial art, to the most exciting eastern styles are offered in Menorca. The martial arts and olympian wrestling clubs in the Meorca are famous.
Dýnamis Xtreme invite you to dare to experiment with the wide range of weekly activities such as Bodyjump, Bundafit, Fightteam, Rhythm Brazil, SFX-Core, Toning, etc or if you prefer, you can find confidence in yourself through Contact sports and martial arts such as Male and Female Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Taekwondo for the little ones, etc. Dýnamis Xtreme puts you to the test, you put the limits.
